We are calling on all businesses across the construction industry – from housebuilders to manufacturers, logistics and suppliers – to join the Construction Inclusion Coalition.
The problem
By joining the Coalition, you commit to taking the Built on Better Pledge and taking action to improve equity, diversity and inclusion within your organisation.
Building a network
Members will have access to a network of like-minded individuals and companies involved in the Coalition, in order to network, communicate and share ideas on how to improve equity, diversity and inclusion in the industry.
Insights and resources
Coalition members will be working to share insights, knowledge and resources to help improve equity, diversity, and inclusion within their organisations.
Retain and attract talent
By taking the Built on Better Pledge and joining the Coalition, members demonstrate your commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion in the workforce, and can feature the Coalition on your channels.
How you can get involved
There are three different ways for businesses and organisations to join the Construction Inclusion Coalition:
Strategic Partners
Responsible for actively contributing and shaping the direction of the Coalition, its ambitions and initiatives. This includes having a seat on the CEO Steering Group to drive forward the Coalition, and prominent listing across the Coalition’s communication and marketing materials.
Coalition Members
By joining the Coalition, members will have access to a network of like-minded individuals and companies in order to share and receive insights, knowledge and resources to improve equity, diversity and inclusion within their own organisations.
Associate Members
For industry and trade body organisations in the construction sector.
