Impact Report 2026: Celebrating Three Years of Action

Three years ago, the Construction Inclusion Coalition was formed with a simple truth: lasting change in our industry will only happen when we move beyond good intentions and turn shared ambition into sustained action.

Today, we are proud to launch our 2026 Impact Report — “Inclusion starts with… Action”, reflecting on the progress, collaboration, and measurable impact made across our sector over the past 12 months. This year’s highlights include:

Moving from Intent to Implementation
  • 59% of coalition members are actively working towards an EDI or culture-focused strategy (up from 34% in 2024).
  • 30% of members ensure recruitment and retention policies respond to diverse needs and talent (up from 6% in 2024).
  • 37% of site locations now have formal EDI policies enacted and visible on site (up from 6%).
Strengthening Networks & Mentoring
  • 40 Member Organisations, including 19 Strategic Partners.
  • 250 female members in the Elevate Network representing 30 companies
  • 48 mentoring pairs supported across 3 cohorts by leaders from 19 member companies.
Sharing Knowledge & Resources
  • 18 webinars hosted over the past 12 months.
  • 155+ resources housed in the Members Resource Library.
As our Chair, Jen Cassidy, highlights:
“The year ahead is about widening our focus, deepening our impact and continuing to prove that inclusion starts with action.”
