Chloe has been with Bristan for 19 months now, as a Demand Planner Administrator whilst doing her apprenticeship in L3 Junior Data Analyst alongside it.
Seeing others grow in the industry and through apprenticeships allowed Chloe to apply: “I was attracted to Bristan after I had researched them and saw the stability of the company and the progression people can make within the business. Knowing that if the opportunity came about, I would be able to push myself into a new challenge with the belief and support of not only Bristan but Masco too.”
Reflecting on what fulfils Chloe in her role, she says: “It’s the people I work with that make the job so enjoyable. No matter what department you are working in, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and people are always willing to help.”
“Some of my day-to-day roles consist of sending out the OTIF and Out of Stock reports, uploading new products to IFS and attaching purchase orders from suppliers.”
Chloe’s advice for other individuals seeking an apprenticeship would be: “100% do it. Doing this apprenticeship made me realise that I am capable of more than I thought.”
Confidence has been a top takeaway from Chloe’s experience: “If I had this opportunity a few years ago, I would’ve questioned myself at every chance I got, but now since completing the apprenticeship, I no longer question myself. It has given me a newfound confidence that I didn’t know I had or needed.”
